VINIFICATION: Manual harvest early in the morning, in small boxes. Cryonmaestration, fermentation done in rotating vinifiers. Steel elevation.

PRODUCTION: 80 quintals.

PACKAGING: 0.75 green Albeisa bottle. Cardboard boxes 6-12 bottles. Wooden crates on request.
