Bouquet: vinous, pleasant hint of fruit, characteristic of Dolcetto from the Cherasco area.
Taste: dry, with a slight bitterness, low acidity, good body.

Municipality of Cherasco, Mantoetto area, South South West exposure.

VARIETY: Dolcetto100%.

VINIFICATION: Manual harvesting in small boxes, traditional temperature-controlled vinification. Steel elevation.

ALCOHOL: 12 '. / 12.50

AGING: as is the tradition of Dolcetto, it has not aged. Consumption is recommended from the beginning of the summer following vinification.

PRODUCTION: 100 quintals.

PACKAGING: Bordolese 0.75 bottle. Cardboard boxes 6 12 bottles. Wooden crates on request.
